OPENING DIRECTION OF THE DOORS

Opening direction of the doors in the orders forthe tongued doors should be notified in accordance with DIN 107.

 

PLEASE OF THE LCKS AND HINGES

Unless otherwise required, the places of the locks and the holes of the handles are opened in accordance with the locks conforming to TS 179.The distance between the midpoint of thedoor lock bolt and the upper tongue should be measured on the doors to be manufacturedo for the cases available.

 

STANDARD DOORS WITH GLASSES

The glas heights at the doors are constant.Manufactures with other dimensions can alsobe done when required.

 

TYPES OF DOOR LOCKS

Places of the locks and the holes of the handlesshall be opened in accordance with the locksconforming to TS 179,unless otherwise required.Our standards for lock beddings are as follows.Door of the flats:Locks confirming to TS 179/8 (figure1)İnside doors:Locks confirming to TS 179/2 (figure2)WC doors:Locks confirming to TS 179/5 (figure3)

 

FIRE RESISTANT DOORSTECHNICAL PROPERTIES OF DAFADOOR FIRE RESISTANT DOORS

 

THICKNESS

The completed thickness of doors vary between 43-47 mm depending on the material chosen.SURFACE MATERIALS All types of coatings may be applied over the surface materials chosen. Laminates, and if required fire-proven laminates re used.

 

 

 

 

*Pressing shall be made at an averagetemperature of 90 C and in 3-5 min.

*The doors,the processes of pressing of whichwere completed,shall be covered on both sidesand they shall be dimensioned after waiting atleast 24 hours. *Polishing shall be applied to the doors fromboth sides.

DOORS RAILS

Fir timber is used as door rail which is one piece,35/48 mm thick and dried specially (maximum 12% moisture).The lock and hinge locations are additionally reinforced.Other thanthat, requirements should be specified specially.

 

INNER FILLING MATERIAL

Chipboard with holes strips of the dimensions 20/35 mm were placed with intervals of 20-25mm in accordance with the features of the door. Another type of filling material is resine cured craft paper. This one increase the sound insulation and decrease the weight of product.

 

OUTER VENEERING MATERIAL

Chipboards (artificial wood) or plywood of 4-5mm thick should be used as outher surfaceveneering. The standard doors are ready forpainting. In addition, any type of veneering (Oak, mahogany, wallnut, laminated board,etc.) may be coated on the chipboards.THICKNESSThe completed thickness of the doors is 42-47 mm and of the cases is 30-47 mm and it varies in accordance with the material selected.

 

SOUND INSULATION

The sound insulation of the doors is 27-33 dBby the measurements made in accordance with DIN 52210. When required, additional soundinsulation can be made.
